Rebuilding client trust requires more than just words—it takes clear, data-backed validation of progress and performance. As Lead Engineer and Project Manager, I spearheaded the creation of customized reporting spreadsheets to help Cisco teams demonstrate their contributions, track key performance indicators, and foster productive discussions with Veterans Affairs stakeholders.
By establishing a structured reporting framework, training engineers on data accuracy, and implementing a SharePoint repository, I ensured that stakeholders had reliable, up-to-date insights into project progress, helping drive informed decision-making and accountability.
Key Contributions:
✔ Developed a KPI-driven reporting system, enabling Cisco teams to validate their work, showcase progress, and provide actionable insights to Veterans Affairs leadership.
✔ Led training and accountability measures, ensuring engineers accurately recorded and submitted data within established timelines.
✔ Established a centralized SharePoint system, streamlining document management and ensuring stakeholders had real-time access to performance reports.
While this initiative significantly improved visibility into project efforts and initiated critical discussions, external factors ultimately led to the termination of the contract.
