Ensuring Seamless Hardware & Software Rollouts for Veterans Affairs
When I took on this project, a multi-million dollar test lab had been sitting unused—leaving critical network infrastructure deployments without a proper testing environment. As Lead Engineer and Project Manager, I worked closely with Cisco Account Managers, Network Architects and Veterans Affairs stakeholders to transform the lab into a fully functional, ongoing testing environment that helped ensure smooth, issue-free deployments.
Through biweekly progress meetings, structured testing cycles, and detailed reporting, we created a proactive system that identified and resolved hardware and software issues before they reached production networks.
